Refunds

LawOnline offers a 14 day money back guarantee of any payment that you have made for fees for any service that you are not completely satisfied with. It is perfectly ok to change your mind about the purchase of a LawOnline service that you do not wish to proceed with.

Please note that if you have also made a payment to us which is for us to use on your behalf to purchase something from a third party, we will only refund the amount involved for that payment, if we have not already incurred an obligation to someone else to make the payment. An example of this situation is where you have used the LawOnline system to search a certificate of title, and have paid the money to us so that we can order the search. If we have ordered it before you ask us for a refund, we will not refund the payment that you made for the search.

You can arrange to obtain a refund of any payment that you have made, by using the refund application form within 14 days after your payment has been received by LawOnline.

You just have to give us your assurance that anything that has already been delivered to you by by LawOnline will:

• not be used,
• will be deleted from your computer, and
• that any printed copies will be destroyed.

On receipt of your assurance, your payment will be refunded without delay and without any further questions being asked. Please go to your account dashboard to apply for a refund.
